Fees and Payments
All notarization fees are based on the Maryland Government Code § 18-107. Maryland notary code allows notaries to charge a maximum of $8 per each notarized signature, a $5 flat fee plus 57.5 cents per mile travel fee, which must be disclosed separate from the notarization charges.
Travel Fees
Notary travel fees are in addition to the general notary fee and are discussed when booking, prior to the notarial act being performed. When you make an appointment, you are agreeing to all fees associated with the appointment.
Payments
On The Line Notary Services require a 50% deposit to confirm all mobile appointments. The remaining balance is due at the time of service, and can be paid in cash, with Cash App, or with a credit/debit card
